Villa Casa de Mar is a popular family holiday home.

Set in 5,000 m2 of tropical gardens, this executive Vanuatu accommodation has all the comforts of home.  Large indoor open plan living opens to a further 100m2 of covered outdoor entertaining with sweeping ocean views.

There is a breaking reef out front where the guests have caught many  fresh lobsters.  Villa Casa de Mar has its own pure white sand beach and a fire pit on the beach.

There are several swimming holes along the beach and in front of the property.

Villa Casa de Mar has a year round tariff for up to 9 guests.

A$40 per person will be charged extra per night for 10 and 11, who will be accommodated on pull-out beds (best suitable for children).

 

Our rate includes use of a vehicle and the fee for our two fabulous onsite house girls, Asnet and Yvette, looking after all cleaning requirements (5 days per week).

Payment requirements  

Deposit at time of booking: 50%

Final payment 60 days prior to arrival: 50%

Minimum stay 5 nights;

Damage deposit A$500.

​

Cancellations

  • 50% refund of the total if cancelled at least 60 days before check-in;

  • No refunds will be made for cancellations made 59 days or less prior to arrival;

  • Cancellations through acts of god or incremental weather shall be offered stays at at an alternate date at no further charge.
